START: Week 1 – 0.75mg (30 Clicks)
STEP: Week 2 – 0.75mg (30 Clicks)
ESCALATE: Week 3 – 1.5mg (60 Clicks)
CONTINUE: Week 4 – 1.5mg (60 Clicks)
Administration / Right Panel:
Administration: Semaglutide is administered once weekly on the same day, at any time, with or without food.
Maximum Dose: 2 mg once weekly.
Adjustment: Weekly dosing day may be changed if necessary, provided at least 48 hours between doses.
Missed Dose: Administer within 5 days of the scheduled dose. If >5 days have passed, skip and continue with the next scheduled dose.
Continuation: Resume regular once-weekly dosing thereafter.
