​Hygiene & Safety: Creams, Serums & Lotions

​Opened Products: Due to hygiene and product integrity standards, creams, serums, and lotions cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once the seal is broken or the product has been opened.

​Please ensure you have selected the correct product before opening or unsealing it.


​Customer Cancellations & Incorrect Orders

​Customer Responsibility: Once a purchase is finalized, the stock belongs to you. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for wrongfully ordered items or change-of-mind purchases.


​Damaged or Incorrect Items (Warranty)

​If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged due to a manufacturing defect (excluding any damage caused by the courier or customer mishandling), you are covered under our 7-day warranty:

​Reporting Window:

You must report the issue and return the item within 7 days of receipt.

​Condition of Return:

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in sellable condition. We cannot accept products or packaging that show signs of neglect or wear.

​Return Shipping:

We do not collect returns. Items must be shipped or delivered directly back to us at your own expense.


​Resolutions: Replacements & Credits

​Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the resolution as follows:

​Replacements:

If stock is available, your replacement item will be included and shipped with your next scheduled order. Please note that any additional shipping costs for replacements remain the customer's responsibility.

​Store Credit:

If a replacement is unavailable, a credit will be issued to your account.
