Side Effects
The Glow Stack combination is generally well tolerated. Reported reactions are uncommon and usually mild/transient, including:

Transient headache or light–headedness
Temporary changes in energy levels or sleep patterns during initial days
Rare mild gastrointestinal discomfort or flushing
Rare copper-related effects (metallic taste, nausea) with high cumulative GHK–Cu exposure
If any severe or persistent symptoms occur (e.g., severe rash, swelling, or allergic signs), discontinue use and contact your healthcare provider immediately.

Dosage Recommendations
- 5-Click Dose (Light / Maintenance): 1.46 mg total actives (1.04 mg GHK-Cu + 0.21 mg BPC-157 + 0.21 mg TB-500) – yields approximately 48 doses.
- 10-Click Dose (Standard Glow Protocol): 2.92 mg total actives (2.08 mg GHK-Cu + 0.42 mg BPC-157 + 0.42 mg TB-500) – yields approximately 24 doses.
- 12-Click Dose (Enhanced Repair / Aesthetic Protocol): 3.50 mg total actives (2.50 mg GHK-Cu + 0.50 mg BPC-157 + 0.50 mg TB-500) – yields approximately 20 doses.

Glow Stack is a combination of three well–characterized synthetic peptides:
GHK–Cu (Glycyl-L-Histidyl-L-Lysine Copper): A naturally occurring tripeptide-copper complex found in human plasma, saliva, and urine. Chemical structure: Gly-His-Lys-Cu2+.
BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157): A synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a protective protein in human gastric juice. Sequence: Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val.
TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment): A synthetic version of the active domain of Thymosin Beta–4, a 43-amino-acid actin-sequestering protein. Key active fragment: Ac-LKKTETQ.
These peptides are combined to provide complementary regenerative, anti-inflammatory, and tissue-remodeling effects.
